Smith’s Smokery are completely dedicated to your total satisfaction. If you have any suggestions or comments please email us using the link on the shops page. If you are not entirely happy with the products you have received please contact us within 7 days of receiving the delivery.

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Shipping And Handling 
Orders will be dispatched on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday for delivery before 5.30pm the following day. All our products are packed with freezer blocks in insulated containers to keep them fresh and are sent by carrier for next day delivery. Please allow two days for delivery to the Scottish Highlands.

Please ensure someone is available to accept the goods.

Delivery charges are included in the price of each product.

Important – Deliveries can only be made to UK mainland addresses. This excludes the Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and the Channel Islands.
